Learn To Dive

Learning to scuba dive in the Whitsundays is an excellent choice. The diversity of marine life, coral reefs, islands, all within the prnotected waters of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, which guaratees you a colour filled class room for dive education.

Our professional and experienced dive instructors will take pleasure in guiding you through your education, using the PADI system. PADI is the largest and most recognised dive organisation in the world. We have small group and class sizes, delivering a higher rate of personal attention in a fun filled and friendly environment.

In addition, as a visitor to the Whitsundays, you are able to perform the majority of your course theory work for Open Water and Advanced Open Water qualifications via PADI's online eLearning web site prior to your arrival in the Whitsundays.

It must be said that breathing underwater is easy, but understanding, retaining and practicing the knowledge and skills you learn in your dive course is vitally important to both yourself, and our Dive Centre.

	Instructor Development Course Our ten-day IDC is the heart of the PADI Instructor Training Program. This program consists of two parts, the Assistant Instructor course (AI) and the Open Water Scuba Instructor program (OWSI).
	Instructor Evaluation The PADI IE is the final step on the road to the PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification. The prerequisite is the successful completion of the PADI IDC within the previous twelve months.
