To expediate your diving education and make the most of your dive experience or dive-education holiday, PADI offer eLearning. This enables you to complete most of your education online in self paced modules. Completing your eLearning prior to arriving at our Dive Centre will give you more leisure time to explore our beautiful region, above & below the water.

Both Open Water, and Advanced Open Water courses can be started using PADI's eLearning web site, so that we can get you into the water amongst the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef sooner during your stay in the Whitsundays. There is still the option of doing your education on site. .

In practice the eLearning will develop your knowledge of facts, principles and concepts related to Scuba Diving, while also educating you on the "motor procedures", which include skills, techniques and methods.

With the PADI eLearning system you will be presented with interactive presentations that include videos, audio, graphics and reading in the comfort of your own home, office of other Internet venue.

There are short quizzes that let you gauge your progress, and review and correct anything you might happen to miss.

The self paced nature lets you move through the program efficiently and at your own pace. To further support your education you can seek assistance online direct to our Dive Instructors while eLearning.

Basically, the eLearning covers all theory work for your Open Water Course.

1. Book the relevant open water or advanced open water PADI dive course with us
2. Register for PADI eLearning Account (You Pay US$120 online via Credit Card ) > register here
3. Complete your theory and do your exams online
4. You will require a medical which conforms to Australian standards AS4005.1prior to commencement of the practical - in water part of the course.

Notes:
* A week's notice to complete your course WITH US must be given to avoid disappointment.
* A diver's Log Book will be provided to all Open water Students, at the commencement of the practical aspects of the course.
