Cancellation Policy

DAY TRIPS

A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remainder to pay on arrival. This is refundable if Just Diving cancels for any reason.
This is non refundable if the customer does not turn up or chooses not to dive with us. If cancelled within a week, then the deposit is totally refundable.

DIVE COURSES

A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remainder to pay on arrival. This is refundable if WDA cancels the course for any reason.
This is non refundable if the customer does not turn up for said course, or does not give more than 1 week's notice of cancellation. Once the course is started a refund can be given after day 1, minus all costs and admin fees. No refund can be given after day 2 of the course
